I’ll start with the good .. so the hair is extremely soft, no shedding or tangles, no weird smell either. The lace looks so natural and I love that you can part it anywhere. It took them 5 days to process my order before they shipped it and then 3 days to get it to my house once it was shipped. Great communication with the seller though. I ordered 14 inches and it’s pretty long closer to 16 inches but that’s okay because this hair is so beautiful. I’ll post more pics in two weeks once I have it installed. Definitely will order from this company again
